Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original polybags and include all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
